1ST SEMESTER FINAL EXAMS SCHEDULE

Interscholastic/Community Service Requirements
District Community Service Requirement: A minimum of 20 clock hours of activity are required per school year for students in grades 9 through 12.  A school year is defined as June 1st through May 1st.   Students need to turn in the completed Community Service/ISA Documentation Form each year to the registrar, Ms. Jones, who is located in the counseling office. If this form has not been turned into Ms. Jones for the prior two school years (2009-2010 or 2010-2011), please complete this form retroactively.  Retroactively completed forms will be periodically monitored; however, we are holding students and parents to the honors system.  It is most important that seniors and juniors get Community Service/ISA Forms with retroactive hours submitted to Ms. Jones as soon as possible.

When: Saturday, March 10, 2012

Please see Officer Ramos if you are interested in helping out with this event.

Also, on Wednesday 1/18/12 at 3:30, they are looking for volunteers for a second dress prep and to help decorate boxes for the interest/nomination forms which will take place in the community room of the new Justice Center.   If you are interested in helping out with this part of the Aware with Flare, contact Detective Patsy Archuleta.  553-2461.
